Early fourteenth century form of defence for the lower arm; also a term for an archer's arm guard to protect the forearm from the bowstring.

- Enarmes
- Leather straps for gripping a shield or a buckler.
- Gorget
- Also called a collar. Close-fitting plate protecting the neck, throat, and upper chest.
- Longbow
- Archer’s weapon for launching arrows. Draws 30-36 inches and ranges over 300 yards. Very effective vs. unarmed enemies.
- Doublet
- A man's close-fitting jacket with or without sleeves, worn chiefly from the 14th to 16th centuries.
